In short. Brief → estimate (a range and a timeline) → 50 % prepayment → demos by stage → revisions within the spec → delivery with the source code and a guide → 7 days of warranty. No “quick calls”, no “we will get back to you”.
The most common fear before ordering a bot or a website is not the price but the unknown: “you pay — and then what?”. So here is the whole route, step by step, with what we do and what we need from you.
Step 1. The brief: 5 minutes or a voice message
You do not need a finished spec. A brief is answers in your own words: what the product has to do and for what business, which features are must-haves at the start, what to connect it to (a CRM, payments, spreadsheets), when you need the launch, a ballpark budget and whether there are examples of what you like. The form on the site takes 5 minutes; a voice message in Telegram is a brief too.
Our assistant answers first — at any hour, within 60 seconds. One question per message, no twenty-item questionnaire and no asking again what you have already said. Once the task is clear, we join in person: today before 22:00 if you wrote during the day, or the next morning.
From the brief we put the spec together with you: a list of what is in and what is out. That work is part of the project and is not billed separately. The spec then becomes the yardstick at acceptance and the boundary of the warranty, so it matters to put everything mandatory into it.
Step 2. An estimate within a day: a range, not “it depends”
Within a day you get a price range and an indicative timeline by the nearest row of the price list — with an explanation of what is included, what is not, and where you can save. The formula is always the same: a range → one factor the price depends on → one question that narrows it. We do not name a single number before the spec — that would be guessing.
The exact price and timeline are fixed after the spec. If you sent a spec file covering several modules, we read it ourselves, not the assistant; it only records that a spec exists and asks one or two questions.
Step 3. The prepayment and the start
The work starts after a 50 % prepayment. The rest is due after delivery and acceptance. Payment by card, IBAN or cryptocurrency — three equal options; we send the details after the spec, the price and the timeline are agreed. We work as a private individual: there is no fiscal receipt and no company invoice; a contract on request, an NDA on your template. Clients outside Ukraine are welcome on the same terms: everything is remote, payment by IBAN or crypto.
About the timeline: the clock starts when both the prepayment and the materials are in. What we need from you:
- texts — descriptions of services, products, sections;
- a logo and colours, if there is branding;
- access: BotFather for a bot, the domain, the payment provider, the CRM;
- examples of what you like — other bots, websites, references;
- one person who makes decisions, and answers to questions within a day — otherwise the timeline slips.
Step 4. Development: demos, not “almost done”
Weekly sprints, a demo every Friday, everything in one chat. A demo is a working version you try yourself: a bot you can write to, an app or a website by link. Not a presentation, not screenshots.
Projects from 20 000 ₴ are split into stages paid 40 / 30 / 30: each stage ends with a demo and a payment. You see a working result before you pay for the next one — that is the answer to “what if it is not what you wanted”. Smaller projects follow the simple scheme: 50 % before the start, the rest after delivery.
If “let's add one more thing” comes up along the way, that is a re-estimate, not “we'll squeeze it in for free”: new scope moves both the price and the delivery date. The practical approach: everything mandatory goes into the spec before the start; everything “nice to have” goes on a list for the second stage.
Step 5. Revisions within the spec
Revisions within the agreed spec are included in the price — up to 4 rounds per stage. A round is one list of remarks from you and one iteration of fixes on it, so it pays to collect remarks in a single list rather than one a day.
How to check a demo so that acceptance goes quickly: walk through the scenario as a client would (book, order, leave a request), compare it with the spec point by point, gather the remarks into one list. Anything beyond the spec — new features, a different scenario — is estimated separately.
Step 6. Delivery: code, access, a guide
After full payment you get:
- the source code — a repository with the whole code of the project, no exceptions;
- a launch guide — how to deploy the product yourself;
- an admin panel or a management guide — depending on what the spec provides for.
The bot is created in your account through BotFather, the domain and the service accounts are registered in your name — the project stays yours and does not depend on the contractor. Hosting is a separate topic, settled before delivery: your server, or ours at $15 a month or $150 a year — a year works out cheaper. Deployment is part of the project.
Step 7. The warranty and what comes after
After delivery — 7 days of free fixes: if something does not work as the spec says, we fix it at our expense. The warranty does not cover new features, changes to the spec, fixes after your own changes to the code or settings, and outages of third-party services. We do not guarantee business results — sales, subscribers, search positions — they depend on traffic and on the offer.
Then it is your choice: run the product yourself through the admin panel, take a support subscription from 3 000 ₴ a month (a block of hours, response time, monitoring), or come to us ad hoc at 1 500 ₴ an hour. There is no retainer “for thin air”.
If you change your mind, or something goes wrong
Before the prepayment nobody owes anybody anything: the work has not started, just say the task is off. After the start, stopping the project, paying for the part that is done or moving the deadline is a conversation with us directly. The prepayment is refunded if the spec is not delivered or the timeline is exceeded by more than 20 %.
And the main thing: the project does not hang on one person. After delivery you have the source code, the guide and access to every account, so any other team can carry on. The demo stages do the same along the way: the money for the next stage is paid after the previous one has been shown and accepted.
FAQ: common questions about the process
Do you sign a contract?
Yes, on request: if you need a contract, say so and we will prepare and agree the terms. Without one we work by the agreed spec and payment scheme: 50 % before the start, the rest after delivery.
Can we have a call?
Yes, in Telegram — audio or video, once the task is clear: not instead of the brief, but after it. No separate call services are needed.
Are you a registered business? Do you issue receipts?
We work as a private individual: payment by card, IBAN or crypto; there is no fiscal receipt and no company invoice. If your accountants need paperwork, we will discuss it in person.
What if you disappear in the middle of the project?
We are reachable from 12:00 to 22:00 every day; outside those hours the assistant collects the questions. Demo stages, the source code and the access in your hands — the project does not depend on one person, and the refund terms are described above.
