What “turnkey” means for us

- the spec, written together with you if there is none — it is part of the project and not paid for separately;
- a template or a custom design — as agreed in the spec;
- development on Next.js and correct display on phones;
- request forms: requests arrive by email or in Telegram, while a link to a CRM counts as an integration;
- testing, deployment to hosting and a launch guide;
- the source code after full payment — no exceptions — and a 7-day warranty on fixes.
Not included: texts, photos, the domain and hosting, ads, SEO promotion. Building a website and promoting it are different services; we do not do promotion.

How the work goes: from brief to launch
- Brief. You describe the task in your own words — in the brief or as a voice message in Telegram.
- Estimate. A range from the nearest price-list row and a timeline guideline; the exact amount is fixed after the spec.
- Spec and start. We agree what is included and what is not, and you make a 50 % prepayment. The clock starts once the prepayment and the materials are in.
- Design and development. We show demos — a working version at a link, not screenshots. Projects from 20 000 ₴ are split into stages paid 40/30/30, each ending with a demo and a payment.
- Revisions. Within the spec they are included; revision rounds per stage: up to 4.
- Launch. We deploy the site to hosting and connect the domain.
- Delivery and warranty. The source code, a guide and a 7-day warranty on fixes.
If a “let's add one more thing” appears along the way, that is a re-estimate: new scope moves both the price and the delivery date. A word on “like X, but ours”: we will reproduce the functionality, but we do not copy other people's code or content. A link to an example does not lower the price, but it makes the estimate faster.
The domain and hosting
The domain is registered in your name — then the site stays yours whatever happens with the contractor. Hosting is a separate topic, settled before delivery: your server, or ours at $15 a month or $150 a year, and a year works out cheaper. Deployment is included in the project. If the hosting is with us, the invoice arrives in your account in Telegram, and we remind you in advance when the paid period is ending.
What to prepare

- photos and images — your own or bought;
