In short. The simplest Mini App — a storefront with a catalogue and a cart — costs from 25 000 ₴, with a typical range of 25 000–60 000 ₴. With card payment and a personal account it is 25 000–80 000 ₴; the full set of “bot + Mini App + admin panel” is 35 000–120 000 ₴. If the budget is smaller, the honest start is a bot, not a “cheap Mini App”.
“How much does a Mini App cost?” is usually answered with “it depends on the spec”. Honest, but useless. So here are four typical Mini Apps from our price list: what they include, what pushes the price up and how to start cheaper without losing what matters.
What a Mini App is and what you pay for
A Mini App is a web application that opens inside Telegram from a button in a bot: its own screens, a catalogue with photos, a cart, a personal account. No installation from an app store and no passwords — the visitor is signed in with their Telegram data. In essence it is a website built into Telegram, which is why it needs hosting and a domain, just like a website.
Hence the price. A bot is a dialogue and buttons; a Mini App is an interface: every screen has to be designed, laid out for a phone, connected to data and tested. That is why the entry point is higher: 25 000 ₴ against 3 000 ₴ for a business-card bot. How the formats differ and when a bot is enough — in the article Mini App or a bot.
Four kinds of Mini App and their ranges
| Kind | Range | Timeline | What the price depends on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Storefront / catalogue | 25 000–60 000 ₴ | from 5 days | number of screens, a template or custom design, cart |
| Mini App with payment and an account | 25 000–80 000 ₴ | from 10 days | payments, account, roles, admin panel |
| Full set: bot + Mini App + admin panel | 35 000–120 000 ₴ | from 15 days | everything in the rows above plus integrations |
| Games, clickers, referral mechanics | 30 000–100 000 ₴ | from 10 days | mechanics, load, protection against cheating |
The timeline is indicative: the clock starts once the prepayment and the materials are in. The exact amount and timeline are fixed after the spec and do not change unless the scope does.
What each option includes
Storefront. Category screens, product cards with photos and variants — size, colour, as we fix them in the spec — a cart, checkout. The order comes to you in Telegram; payment is on delivery or by transfer. Online card payment inside the app is not part of it.
Payment and an account. A catalogue or service screens, card payment through a payment provider, a personal account for the client with order history and statuses, user roles, an admin panel for you. The merchant account is registered in your name, and the payment provider's fees are yours too.
Full set. The bot runs the dialogue and sends notifications, the Mini App gives an interface with a catalogue and payment, the admin panel manages content, orders and users. Plus integrations with external systems. A project like that is split into stages, each ending with a demo and a payment.
Games and referral mechanics. Clickers, tasks and rewards, referral programmes, leaderboards. Separate work: holding up under load and protecting against cheating. Art and animation are priced separately.
Not included in any option: filling the catalogue (texts, photos, products), a logo and branding, hosting and a domain.
What pushes the price up
| Factor | Effect |
|---|---|
| Custom design instead of a template | +20–50 % |
| Admin panel | +20–40 % |
| Online payment | +5 000–15 000 ₴ |
| Each external integration: CRM, Google, Nova Poshta, a payment provider | +5 000–15 000 ₴ |
| Each extra interface language | +10–15 % |
| Urgent — faster than the minimum timeline | +20–50 % depending on complexity |
The calculator will work out the range for your own task: it splits the description into modules and takes a price-list row for each. The more details, the narrower the range.
How to start cheaper without cutting what matters
The right answer to “too expensive” is a smaller scope, not a smaller price for the same scope. Three moves that work:
- Start with a bot. A catalogue and orders bot is 7 000–15 000 ₴: it takes orders within days, and the Mini App is added as a second stage once it is clear what the clients need. What bots cost — in the article on the price of a Telegram bot.
- A storefront without payment. First a catalogue with a cart and payment on delivery; online payment and the account come in the next stage.
- A template instead of a custom design. A template Mini App fits the basic range; a custom design for your brand can be added later.
What there will not be: a discount “just because” or a promise to build a Mini App for the sum you name. Scope to fit the budget — yes; a price below the list — no.
How to pay and what you get
- A 50 % prepayment before the start, the rest after delivery and acceptance.
- Projects from 20 000 ₴ are split into stages paid 40/30/30: each stage ends with a demo and a payment, so you see a working result before you pay for the next one.
- Revisions within the spec are included; revision rounds per stage: up to 4.
- After delivery — the source code with no exceptions, a launch guide and a 7-day warranty on fixes.
- Hosting is separate: your server, or ours at $15 a month or $150 a year. Deployment is included in the project.

FAQ: common questions about the price of a Mini App
Why does a Mini App cost more than a bot?
Because it is a full interface: screens, design, a cart, an account. A bot solves the task with buttons in a chat, a Mini App with screens, and every screen is a separate piece of work. Hence the entry point: 25 000 ₴ against 3 000 ₴.
How long does a Mini App take?
Guidelines from the price list: a storefront — from 5 days, with payment and an account — from 10 days, the full set — from 15 days, a game — from 10 days. The clock starts once the prepayment and the materials are in; the exact timeline is set after the spec.
Who pays for hosting and the domain?
You do, separately from the project. A Mini App, like a website, lives on a server and needs a domain. The domain is registered in your name; hosting is yours or ours at $15 a month or $150 a year, and a year works out cheaper. Deployment is included in the project.
Whose app is it after delivery?
Yours. The bot is created in your account through BotFather, the domain is in your name, and we hand over the source code after full payment with no exceptions, together with a launch guide. Any other team can carry on the work.
